Ok…not a TW, but another member of the family.

Most TW’s enjoy long, trouble-free lives. With a minimal care, your TW200 will provide you, and successive owners, decades of dependable service.

Routine maintenance on your TW00 is pretty easy. Here’s what many owners consider the minimum for the getting the most out of your TW:

Oil: Initial break-in change at 600 miles, then every 3,000 miles after. SAE10W-40 is a safe option for most climates. 1,100 ml with filter change (1 liter without filter change)

Oil Filter: Initial break-in change at 600 miles, then every 3,000 miles after.

Spark Plug: Replace at 7,000 miles. Replace every 6,000 miles afterward. Specified spark plug: NGK/DR8EA, DENSO/X24ESR-U. Spark plug gap: 0.6-0.7mm

Air Filter: Replace it every 3,000 miles.

Valve Check & Adjust: At 600 miles, 4,000 miles, then every 3,000 miles. (.002″ – .004″ Intake & .004″ – .006″ Exhaust) Let TDubs Kid show you how. Motion Pro valve adjustment tool (Order directly from Motion Pro for free shipping)

Swing Arm Bushes: Grease every 3,000 miles molybdenum disulfide grease
